Customer Support Specialist

  • Location: Remote (UK) or London Office
  • Type: Full‑time, Permanent

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they get measurable outcomes from our behavioural‑science‑driven platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support via email, chat, and occasional video calls
  • Diagnose platform issues and escalate technical bugs
  • Maintain help articles, FAQs, and user documentation
  • Collect customer insights to improve product experience
  • Support onboarding and user training sessions

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in customer support (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
  • Strong communication and empathy
  • Ability to learn complex systems quickly
  • Detail‑oriented problem solver
  • Interest in cybersecurity and behavioural science
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

Bonus Points

  • Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CySA+, etc.)
  • Familiarity with behaviour‑change frameworks
  • Startup or early‑stage experience
